1. All our items are pre-ordered from HongKong. Therefore we do not have any existing stocks for customers to try on. So, kindly check your measurements before ordering.
2. Full payment is required before we can place your order with the supplier. No payment = No order.
3. No cancellations or amendments of orders are allowed after orders are placed with supplier. So, kindly clarify all doubts before placing the orders.
4. Please allow 2-3 weeks' for the items to arrive and sent to you. We will notify you through e-mail if there is any delay.
5. A full refund will be made to your account if items are out-of-stock.
6. We will not hold responsibility for lost mails if normal postage is chosen by buyer. (Registered mail is recommended for expensive items)
7. All items will be checked for defects by supplier before arriving in Singapore.
8. Because some fabrics are stretchable, please allow about 2cm discrepancy for measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.
9. Colour may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution.
10.Strictly no exchange or refund of items are allowed.
